128 active COVID-19 cases recorded in VI
Active COVID-19 cases in the [British] Virgin Islands have reached 128, the Territory's Epidemiological Summary has revealed.
The latest statistics are the result of testing done on May 4 and reported on May 5, 2022.
121 actives cases are on Tortola and 7 on Virgin Gorda.
Of the 128 active cases, 99 are local cases and 21 are contacts of cases.
There are 4 hospitalisations as a result of COVID-19.
There were 103 active cases at the previous update of April 28, 2022.
