45-year-old Sea Cow's Bay man charged with Cannabis Cultivation, Threat to Kill

On October 25, 2022, at 16:29hrs Police arrested and charged Cecil Leslie, 45, Sea Cow's Bay for the offenses of Threat to Kill, Cultivation of Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of Explosive and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, however, it remains unclear what date he will appear before the courts.

On 19-10-2022 at 19:10hrs, Police arrested and charged Orville Christopher, 40, of Sea Cows Bay for Burglary. He appeared before the Magistrate’s Court and was granted bail.

On 29-10-2022 at about 13:00hrs, Police arrested and charged Chevaune Innis of Handsome Bay, Virgin Gorda for Cruelty to Child. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 12-09-2022.

RECKLESS DRIVING


On 30-10-2022 at about 11:55hrs, Police arrested and charged Hakeem Leonard, 33, of Valley Virgin Gorda for Reckless Driving, Resisting Arrest, Driving Motor Vehicle when not Secured by Seatbelt, Permitting a Person to Ride as a Passenger without being Secured by Seatbelt, Failing to Stop at Request of Police Officer, Failin To Stop at the Sound of a Siren, Resisting Arrest and Assault on Police. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 signed with one surety to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 07-12-2022.

DRUNKENNESS WHEN IN CHARGE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE


On 29-10-2022 at 08:30hrs, Police arrested and charged James Whittaker, 47, of West End for Drunkenness while in charge of a Motor Vehicle and Driving Without a Driver’s License. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one signed surety to appear before Magistrate's Court on 02-12-2022.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM


On 28-10-2022 at about 17:15hrs, Police arrested and charged Kamaul Nibbs, 27, of Lower Estate for the Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.

BREACH OF TRUST


On 20-10-2022 at 10:02hrs, Police arrested and charged Lorna Stevens, 53, of Primrose Gardens for Breach of Trust. She was granted bail in the sum of $20,000 with one surety to appear before Magistrate’s Court on 11-11-2022.
