6 to vie for Miss BVI 2021 crown!

Six young ladies will be vying for the honour of becoming Miss British Virgin Islands and getting the opportunity of representing the territory on the world stage.

The Miss BVI 2021 Pageant is slated for August 1, 2021, as part of the Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival and will be held after a one-year absence.

The ‘reveal’ for the Miss BVI 2021 contestants was initially slated for the Luxury Deck, Cyril B. Romney Tortola Pier Park but will now be done virtually.

Virgin Islands News Online (VINO) can confirm that the contestants are Chenae Walters, Sylvanna L. Charles, Jareena Penn, Reba Smith, Keyonna Cameron and Kaitlyn Archibald.

The six contestants will be introduced to the public virtually at 6:00 pm this afternoon, July 2, 2021.

The ‘reveal’ was initially slated for the Luxury Deck, Cyril B. Romney Tortola Pier Park under the theme ‘An Island Affair’; however, the organisers announced via the Miss BVI Facebook page today that the event will now be held virtually and can be viewed on its Facebook page.

The reigning Miss BVI is Bria A. Smith.
