62-yr-old man arrested for alleged assault occasioning actual bodily harm

A 62-year-old man was among those arrested by the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) during the period March 21 to April 3, 2021.

According to the RVIPF’s Arrest Blotter released today, April 7, 2021, police on April 2, 2021, arrested and charged Asaiah Frett of Long Look for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.

Mr Frett was granted bail with one signed surety and is to make an appearance in the Magistrate’s Court on May 26, 2021.

On 23-03-2021 at 0950hrs, Police arrested and charged Mehki Heskey, 18, with one count of Burglary and four counts of Criminal Damage,

FAILURE TO DECLARE MONIES TO CUSTOMS


On 24-03-2021 at 1303hrs, Police arrested and charged Grace Elizabeth Fung-Fook, 21, a national of Guyana, residing in West End, for Failure to Declare Monies to Customs. She was granted bail in the sum of $7,000 with one signed surety for her appearance in Magistrate’s Court on 25-03-2021 at 0900hrs.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE


On 01-04-2021 at 1520hrs, Police arrested and charged Marshall Senhouse of Johnson’s Ghut for Criminal Damage.

DRUNKENESS WHEN IN CHARGE OF MOTOR VEHICLE


On 03-04-2021 at 0310hrs, Police arrested and charged Felix Taliam, 36, a native of St. Lucia, residing in Hannah's Estate for Drunkenness when in charge of Motor Vehicle, Dangerous Driving and Breach of Curfew.

THEFT


*  On 21-03-2021 at 1650hrs, Police arrested and charged Marvin Gumbs of no fixed place of abode, for Theft. He was granted bail in the sum of $2,500 with one surety for his appearance at the Magistrate’s Court on 26-04-2021.

*  On 24-03-2021 at 1700hrs, Police arrested and charged Kenell Stephens Jr., 22, of Soldiers Hill for Theft. He was granted bail with two signed surety for his appearance in Magistrate’s Court, on 03-05-2021 at 0900hrs.
