A New Way to Live in the BVI

A New Way to Live in the BVI

The British Virgin Islands’ Scrub Island resort has launched a new real estate offering including five new villas, the property said this week.

The private-island resort has partnered with Coldwell Banker to launch sales on the collection of five villa estates ranging from two to six bedrooms.

“When Scrub Island asked us to join their team and assist in their real estate efforts, it was an easy decision to make,” said Chris Smith, Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker BVI. “The Scrub Island team has restored a beautiful and unique setting we’re very proud to represent and we look forward to showcasing some of these select properties for purchase.”

The new villas are highlighted by the six-bedroom, six-bathroom Spinnaker House; the four-bedroom Drake House on the southern tip of the island and the Reef House, overlooking one of the largest reefs on Scrub Island.

Also on offer are a pair of three-bedroom estates: the Leeward House, which overlooks North Beach (and will be officially completed later this year) and Shoreline House, which is set near the resort’s Ixora spa.

All of the villas include Subzero appliances, rainshowers and amenities like plunge pools or infinity pools, with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates.
