A Rustic-Style Contemporary Home on 35 Acres of Meadow in Colorado

A Rustic-Style Contemporary Home on 35 Acres of Meadow in Colorado

Overlooking the Anthracite mountain range, this rustic estate is an equestrian-lover’s paradise.

About five minutes outside of Gunnison, Colorado, sits an idyllic ranch-style estate surrounded by pristine fields as far as the eye can see. Every inch of Horse River Ranch was built by master craftsmen, with custom, solid-wood cabinets and doors of French oak throughout. The boundless great room features 22-foot ceilings and glass doors that open to a fabulous patio with a ceramic fireplace.

Clad in reclaimed wood, the home exists alongside an additional lofted building on the grounds that houses a workshop, a gym (with a golf simulator and an in-ground trampoline), as well as a bathroom and small kitchen. A corral on the grounds with power and water is horse-ready.

Inside, a spacious kitchen with professional-grade appliances will please the home chef. Other thoughtful touches include a three-car heated garage and plenty of indoor/outdoor living spaces.
