Anegada ushers in spirit of Christmas

The Christmas spirit was ushered in on the sunken island, Anegada on Saturday, December 10, 2022, when the Annual Lighting of the Christmas Tree was done.

Scores of persons attended the event held at the Roundabout in Anegada.

It was a festive occasion with food and drinks, games and prizes and an opportunity for socialising.

Also in attendance was Ninth District Representative Hon Vincent O. Wheatley.

“The event was well received by the residents and well supported by the business community,” Hon Wheatley told our news centre.

Christmas tree light-ups were also held on Virgin Gorda and Tortola this weekend.
