Archewell Foundation Regains Good Standing

The Archewell Foundation, founded by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, is back in good standing with US authorities after resolving a registration issue. The foundation is fully compliant with regulations, and tax filings for 2022 show donations of 1.2 million dollars. Prince Harry and Meghan recently visited Nigeria following the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.
The Archewell Foundation, founded by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, is back in good standing with US authorities after resolving a registration issue.

The State of California Department of Justice had issued a delinquency notice due to a registration process problem, which has now been rectified.

The foundation is fully compliant with regulations, and all necessary paperwork and payments are up to date.

Tax filings for 2022 show Archewell had holdings of eleven million dollars and made donations of 1.2 million dollars.

The foundation supports various projects, including the Halo Trust and initiatives for gender justice and civil rights.

Prince Harry and Meghan recently visited Nigeria after celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games in the UK.
