Cabinet approves appointment of Anthony S. McMaster as RDA CEO
The Cabinet of the Virgin Islands has reviewed and concurred with the Resolution from the Board of the Recovery and Development Agency (RDA) to appoint Mr Anthony S. McMaster as the Chief Executive Officer of the RDA in accordance with Section 13(1) of the Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Act.
This is according to the Minutes of a Cabinet meeting of March 11, 2022, chaired by His Excellency, the Governor John J. Rankin, CMG.
McMaster was appointed acting CEO in March 2020, following the exit of Paul D. Bayly, a foreign national who earned a reported $300,000 per year, according to Board sources.

Former PS under NDP Gov't
Mr McMaster previously served as a Permanent Secretary under the National Democratic Party (NDP) regime.
Prior to his appointment as Acting CEO of the RDA, McMaster also served as Director of Programme Delivery at the RDA.
