Catamaran destroyed by fire @ Jost van Dyke
A catamaran moored in Great Harbour, Jost van Dyke, was destroyed by fire in the wee hours of this morning, December 9, 2021.
According to reports reaching our newsroom, some eight persons who were on the vessel at the time had to jump overboard to save themselves from the inferno. Some reportedly swam to shore while others were picked up by nearby vessels.
No one was seriously injured, according to reports.
