‘Cindy’ reportedly sues ‘Herritage’ & Tola Radio for slander

Cut Deep talk show host Rosemary Cindy Rosan has reportedly moved to the High Court with a slander lawsuit against Da International Morning Braff host Floyd Burnett aka ‘Heritage’ and Tola Radio over a controversy relating to the Virgin Islands Festival and Fairs Committee (VIF&FC) and the media budget earmarked to Tola Radio.

Rosan, in an extensive Facebook post today, Wednesday, July 27, 2022, said she was at serious odds with Mr Burnett and the Tola Radio show’s Da International Morning Braff, and that Burnett was served with a notice of the lawsuit by a High Court Bailiff.

Rosan then went on to detail what she believed led to slander against her and the need for a lawsuit against the radio show host and the radio station.

Rosan-Jones in an extensive Facebook post today, Wednesday, July 27, 2022, said she was at serious odds with Mr Burnett and the Tola Radio show’s Morning Braff, and that Burnett was served with a notice of the lawsuit by the Bailiff.


'I have no affiliation with crazy people'- Burnett


When contacted by Virgin Islands News Online for comments on the alleged lawsuit, Mr Burnett told our news centre, “I have no affiliation with crazy people.”

He added, "Some people are desperately seeking attention....and need a way to stay relevant."

In the Facebook post, Rosan also indicated that since June 15, 2022, she had taken the decision to end her time on Tola Radio, where she frequently appeared as a guest host.

It remains unclear when the alleged lawsuit was served.
