Coming to the BVI? BVI Concierge services online launched to serve visitors

BVI Concierge Services (BVICS) Online, a full service concierge serving all clients visiting the BVI, has officially launched today, June 14.

CEO Mr. Troy Dawson says his team is ready to assist the diverse clientele BVICS is designed to serve. He affirmed, “BVI Concierge Services is built for every traveler to BVI, residents, those visiting our shores for leisure, and of course all businesspersons.”

He continued, “The website is easy to use, visitors can add the services they require to a cart, make the purchase, and one of our associates will follow up with the customer to provide the services requested.”

Mr. Dawson also stated that the website was designed as a response to the current climate, he said, “We recognized the need to have a full service concierge that attends to individuals’ specific needs during these current times.”

The CEO further explained, “This is why we have provided an option for the Travel Authorization Certificates, which are required for everyone visiting the Virgin Islands. We have also included shopping for essential clothing, for items we tend to forget to pack, along with hot meal deliveries, which can be done upon arrival to your hotel or apartment. We’ve got every step of the journey covered.”
