On the heels of condemnation from the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) as it relates to United Kingdom (UK) direct rule in the Virgin Islands (VI), Prime Minister of Grenada, Dr Keith A. Mitchell has called on the people of the territory to unite against any likelihood of direct rule.
