Deputy Premier and Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture, Dr the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) has said the new fisheries/agricultural complex will be constructed in Paraquita Bay, Tortola, and is in the design phase.
