Petitioning the House to ask questions after key statements on COVID-19, Third District Representative in the Virgin Islands (VI) House of Assembly, Hon Julian Fraser RA (R3) has asked for Government to consider adding nail salons to the list of approved businesses as part of the phased opening after the COVID-19 lockdown.
