No person or body has the authority to define territory as anti-democratic. The UN itself is not empowered to repeal its founding constitution. Crimes against humanity that were common in the past, are now considered a crime against humanity even if they are committed under the law of one state or another. This is true of the Virgin Islands just as it is true of Ukraine. The right to democracy is a fundamental right that no country or institution are authorized to repeal. Human rights are above the law and not below it. The Queen lives at the expense of the public and is therefore the servant and not the boss of the victims she and her mafia kidnapped from Africa, anyway. She owes them everything she has and they owe her nothing.

Just to clarify, the Virgin Islands is classified as NON self governing by the United Nations General Assembly along with the other British-administered dependencies in the Caribbean (including Bermuda). It is one of 17 remaining colonies so designated globally.
