Speaking this morning, August 11, 2020, at the contract signing for the Procurement and Installation works at Ralph T. O’Neal Administration Complex, Premier and Minister of Finance, Hon Andrew A. Fahie said full rehabilitation of the building is long overdue, as no major works were done since 2017.
