The Government of the Virgin Islands (VI) led by Premier, Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Caricom Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS) for the exchange of Advance Passenger Information (API).
