Virgin Islands Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7), in a statement yesterday, September 8, 2022, on the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, said he was saddened to learn of the death of the Monarch of the United Kingdom.
