Independent At Large candidate and businessman Mr Lesmore Smith has received sweeping endorsements from his relative and outspoken former legislator Mrs Eileene L. Parsons, OBE in his bid to win an At Large seat in the 2023 General Elections in the Virgin Islands (VI).
