The Cyril B. Romney Tortola Pier Park (CBRTPP) marked its 6th anniversary on February 16, 2022, and celebrated a Virgin Islands stalwart, the late Chief Minister which the said Park is named after during a ceremony and unveiling of his statue as a tribute to his hard work.
