Glitches with BVI Gateway Portal frustrating some travellers
A number of travellers to the BVI have taken to social media to express frustration caused by problems they experience when trying to register their trips via BVI Gateway

We filled out the Tortola Gateway and submitted neg. test and paid our $175. Now it has been pending for 2 days. We taxi to airport this afternoon and they would not let us on the InterCaribbean flight because it was still pending. We had to buy a ticket for the next day again and still waiting on approval. Spent $145. on 4 taxi rides to airport, $220 for Covid test which expires tomorrow and had to buy another air ticket. I'm sick to my stomach.
