Have you looked into the reimbursements by the private hospitals and even Peebles to see that they are charging too much? Imagine going for a Pedia consultation/check up - the charge is around $150-$200 when in fact the cost of such in Puerto Rico is only around $40. Address this issue and maybe you will seal the leak!
