Virgin Islands Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) has rebutted comments made by Fourth District Representative, Hon Mark H. Vanterpool that Cabinet members of the Government of National Unity are puppets, comments which Hon Vanterpool later withdrew.
