Despite repeated calls for the Virgin Islands public to come forward voluntarily to be immunised against COVID-19 before the vaccine shelf-life ended, Minister for Health and Social Development Honourable Carvin Malone (AL) said nearly 700 vials of the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine was wasted.
