Reiterating that it welcomes a transparent and accountable Commission of Inquiry (CoI) in the Virgin Islands (VI) that will allow for a ‘just outcome’, the Government of the VI has announced it will be making an amendment to the Register of Interest Act, 2006 to allow information to be shared with the CoI.
