Virgin Islands (VI) Premier and Minister of Finance, Hon Andrew A. Fahie has condemned the recent crimes and killings in the territory, an issue compounded with the latest fatal shooting of Paraquita Bay resident, Catherine Pickering during a robbery on April 18, 2021.
