Most of what Guiliani says about Joe Biden getting money is conjecture. There is no evidence for this.

A prosecutor has to come up with a motive for a crime based on the evidence he gathers. Of course its initially conjecture. Its up to the prosecutor to gather and present the evidence he has gathered to make his case. We are just in that early stage. But what we have seen and are promised to see is very salacious and damaging to the fortunes of the Bidens
