The US Congress, the United Nation and many other developed countries decriminalized Cannabis. While continuing to bemoan the loss of revenue from the delayed enactment of the The Cannabis Licensing Act 2020 which has been with the Governor since passage in the House of Assembly in July of this year, Premier and Minister of Finance, Hon. Andrew Fahie is hoping (Really? Honestly?) for a quick resolution hinges on an agreement between the BVI Government and the UK Government’s Home Office.
