Social inequality is not an excuse for crime, although it is true that in areas with social differences crime appears to be higher. Whatever the true cause of crime, the blame has to be pointed at the perpetrator. Many criminals are rooted in the segment of the population that refuse to follow the rules and are willing to break the law rather than working hard. Following that idea, crime is far more common with the uneducated and those that are bad by DNA.
