With the fees for trade licenses expected to dramatically increase, now that the Business Licensing Act 2020 has been passed in the House of Assembly (HoA), commentator Claude O. Skelton-Cline has opined that the expected hike in fees could be especially discouraging towards existing small businesses and the startup of such businesses.
