CoI Commissioner, “Sir” Gary on arrival to the Virgin Islands was revealed to have attempted to bully the Speaker of the House of Assembly (HoA), Hon Julian Willock, into having a meeting on the work of the Commission in “his” office. Hon Willock Well reminded Gary that in this island he is nobody but a foreign worker that have to respect the locals and to keep his racist behavior outside when he talk to the locals.

“a stranger cannot come to the Virgin Islands and e-mail the Speaker of the House of Assembly and demand that he comes to his office. It does not work like that in the Virgin Islands”.
