Effective today November 10, 2019, and continuing until the end of the year, Road Town Fast Ferry has added a 5:30 PM boat from Charlotte Amalie in the US Virgin Islands (USVI) to Road Town, Tortola, BVI, according to the USVI Ports Authority.
