In another move that demonstrates the controversial Governor Augustus J. U. Jaspert aka 'Gus' is reckless, his disregard for the rule of law and his normal blatant violations of the Virgin Islands (VI) constitution, even with a few days left on the job, he is allegedly refusing to comply with COVID-19 policies.
