While affirming his commitment to cooperating with the Virgin Islands (VI) Commission of Inquiry, Minister for Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration Hon Vincent O. Wheatley (R9) said the inquiry has created a crisis for the VI, while questioning its true intentions.
