Describing it as a ‘red-letter’ day for the Virgin Islands, Minister for Health and Social Development, Hon Carvin Malone has announced that the BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) and by extension the Dr D. Orlando Smith Hospital has achieved international accreditation from a German and Norwegian agency.
