Counterfeit cash circulating locally, police warns
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force is urging businesses and banks to be on the lookout for circulating US counterfeit notes in denominations of $20, $50 and $100.
Police have received recent reports and are asking businesses, banks and the general public to do the necessary screening before accepting these denominations.
Persons in receipt of any counterfeit currency are asked to contact any police station or RVIPF Intelligence Unit at 368-9339.
