Darel Christopher Sr re-elected President of BVI Cycling Federation

Darel Christopher Sr was re-elected President of the BVI Cycling Federation (BVICF) when the Federation held its election on Friday, October 14, 2022, at the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports.

Christopher Sr, who has already served well over a decade at the helm of the Federation, will have triathlete Mark Stephenson as his Vice President.

The Secretary-General is Karl M. Scatliffe aka ‘Dub’ while the Treasurer is Olympia Maduro Fahie.

The Public Relations Officer is Paul A. Hewlett

“After 14 years of serving the BVICF as president, I was asked to contribute for 4 more years to share my knowledge and experience with the new executive members,” Christopher Sr commented to Virgin Islands News Online (VINO).

The BVICF is accredited by the British Cycling Federation and is an independent member of the Union Cycliste Internationale, which is the world governing body for sports cycling and oversees international competitive cycling events.
