The Election Supervisor’s Office indicated that voters cast their ballots at 10 polling stations across the Territory.
A breakdown of the number of ballots cast by district shows that the Third Electoral District (D3) pulled the most voters — evidenced by the 183 ballots cast — while the D2 had the least with 127 ballots cast.
The Office of the Supervisor of Elections said all ballots will be secured to be included in the final count on Polling Day, this coming Monday, April 24.
“The Office of the Supervisor of Elections is committed to providing with integrity, general direction and supervision over the registration of voters, the administrative conduct of free and fair elections in the Virgin Islands, and to impart efficient, reliable and courteous service to the General Public,” it stated.
