It was sometime after 12:00am on Sunday morning, October 9, 2022, that a car reportedly ran off the road and into the sea at Pockwood Pond on the main island of Tortola.

It is unclear to our newsroom at this time whether anyone has been injured.

It is also unclear the number of persons in the small vehicle at the time of the mishap.
