The article discusses the issue of blaming hospital workers for the healthcare woes in the British Virgin Islands

Damion Grange, a host of the Talking Point radio show, has stated that the problems within the healthcare system are not the fault of the healthcare workers at the Dr D Orlando Smith Hospital (DOSH), but rather the result of government decisions.
Grange argues that the government needs to address the administrative problems, not blame the BVI Health Services Authority (BVIHSA) for the issues.

The BVIHSA has faced staffing shortages and low salaries, which have caused concerns among the local community.

However, the government has taken steps to address the staffing shortages, including recruiting Cuban medical professionals and increasing salaries to attract health professionals from diverse countries.
