Flow moving flagship store to Romasco Plaza

Flow moving flagship store to Romasco Plaza

Effective Friday, January 30, telecommunications provider, Flow, will no longer occupy its current location on Flemming Street in Road Town, Tortola.
“Flow customers in BVI will now have easier access to products and services as the company relocates its Tortola-based flagship store to its new home in the Romasco Plaza on 231 Waterfront Drive – next to the Social Security Board, Joshua J Smith Building, and opposite Maria’s By the Sea Hotel,” the telecoms company said in a media release on Wednesday.

Flow said that while they will move on Friday, business will be back to normal on Monday, February 3 at their new location.

The telecoms company further said there were several reasons behind the decision for the company to move.

“Our new store is ideally located in the heart of Road Town, close to the banks and offers greater convenience to the public, as well as more access to parking, which was one of the major concerns and complaints received from customers. In addition, the store is in a less flood-prone area, so it will be a lot safer for our team and customers to traverse,” Country Manager, Ravindra Maywahlall said.

“Not only are we seeking to enhance our Flow customer experience and provide more convenience to the public, but we are promoting the responsible use of the internet, and ensuring that the community remains conscious on how they can protect themselves while using our online services and mobile devices,” he added.

Maywahlall stated that customer experience is expected to be enhanced at the new location.
