FLOW To Connect Customers With Higher Speeds, Broadband Service

Ravi Maywahlal, the Country Manager of FLOW announced that his company has been listening to its customers and are rolling out services that answers the cry for faster speed and better broadband service.
During a press conference on Friday, November 15, Maywahlal explained that FLOW is treating its customers for the Christmas with specials for various aspects of its service. Separate to that, he noted that FLOW is tackling the demand that has been made by Government over the last two years for better internet service.

“We’re delivering the best service we can, we’ve heard the cries. We know everyone wants faster speed at a lower price and we have delivered. That’s on the fixed side of things,” he announced.

On the mobile side, Maywahlal said that postpaid customers will be getting free weekends so they can talk as much as they want. Similarly, he mentioned that prepaid customers will be getting more data.

The FLOW Country Manager disclosed that he recently had a meeting with Premier Hon. Andrew Fahie during which the Premier explained that various industries within the Territory require better service to function.

The FLOW Country Manager said that he assured the Premier that FLOW will be delivering.

"These conversations that we have had with the Premier he has indicated that for the BVI diversification of business… broadband is key. We’ve advised that when we rebuild we are rebuilding with fibre services,” Maywahlal disclosed.

Meanwhile, he noted that the rebuilding initiative that he told the Premier about is going well as additional areas are being added to the plan. This has resulted with new customers coming onboard.

“We are building out additional areas this December. We started two weeks ago and we’re currently in the Belle Vue area; so we’re going to build out an additional thousand homes. The long and short of it is we’ve heard the cries, we all know what had happened from Irma. We know the mobile network in those congested areas, those areas that hasn’t a fixed network cant support the android boxes or any TV product,” Maywahlal added.
