"BVI GOV Report It" App Receives Positive Feedback and Solves 36 Non-Emergency Issues Since Launch

The "BVI GOV Report It" app allows members of the public to report non-emergency issues such as potholes, broken pipes, and stray animals to the BVI government.
The app has been used to file 92 reports since its launch in April, and of those, 36 problems have been solved to date.

The Water and Sewerage Department handled 25 of the solved problems, and the other departments that resolved issues include the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, the Department of Waste Management, the Customer Service Care Centre, the Public Works Department, and the Department of Information Technology.

The app has received positive feedback, and the numbers of unsolved issues are projected to be resolved in a timely manner.
