HIREBVI continues to give back to the BVI community

HIREBVI continues to give back to the BVI community

On December 1, 2020 HireBVI announced the launch of its virtual Charity Drive, “C is for Christmas; C is for Charity Drive”. Donors and supporters were encouraged to donate to the cause through HireBVI’s website or office located on the Cyril B. Romney Tortola Pier Park.
In December 2019, HireBVI donated over $1000 worth of food supplies to the Rainbow Children’s Home. This year with the assistance of donors and supporters, HireBVI successfully donated $1,000 to the Family Support Network (FSN).

“I have spent some time researching the concept and purpose driving the Family Support Network and I have found myself deeply connected to the cause of the organisation. As we journey through this pandemic together, we realise that FSN is addressing real problems in our society, some of the same problems we here at HireBVI are addressing.

We completely relate to the numbers that visit your organisation daily as we see similar numbers visiting our business in search of employment opportunities. I wish we could help all. I believe FSN would agree that that is not quite possible given the resources available. Yet as a community, together we can make great progress,” stated Rekeema Turnbull, Managing Director during the handover of the donation.

HireBVI is a human resources business that connects job seekers and employers. The company is well known for its online job board as well as providing human resources solutions to other businesses.
