Hon Penn distributes food hampers, ice cream across Districts 7 & 8

Opposition Leader Hon Marlon A. Penn (R8), over the Christmas holidays, donated a quantity of ham and turkey, along with cases of water and food boxes, to families in both the 7th and 8th Districts.

The Opposition Leader via a release today, December 31, 2021, said the donations came as families used the holiday season to come together for celebrating, socialising, and reconnect.

Hon Penn added, “I know that this year has been an extremely difficult time for many families and my District Committee, and I felt the need to provide a little help to persons in our community by providing holiday ham, turkey, food boxes containing dry goods and cases of water.”

For the Boxing Day holiday observation, the Opposition Leader partnered with Ice Treats to deliver free ice cream and smiles to children in the 7th and 8th Districts.
