Hundreds enjoy 2022 VI Culture & Food Fair
All roads led to Cyril B. Romney Tortola Pier Park on Friday, November 25, 2022, for the Virgin Islands (VI) Culture and Food Fair, as many made it a lunch date.
Persons could be seen flowing into the venue and patronising the various food tents, as steelpan music played in the background.
Food choices included fungi and fish, conch soup, peas soup, whelk soup, corned pork, mutton, patties as well as vegan dishes.
A number of local beverages were also on sale.
In addition to the food sale, there were various booths selling craft, sweet treats, and VI-branded clothing.
Two cruise ships were also in port and tourists were more than happy to dwell in the cultural experience.
