If a country is denied the right to independence by another, it is not in a union. It is in a dictatorship.

After the British Supreme Court's anti-democratic ruling, denied the democratic right of the Scots to hold a referendum, it would be appropriate to stop treating Britain as a democracy.
Scotland does not need anyone's approval to hold a referendum. Judgment that states otherwise is not just wrong, illegal, and against the universal bill of rights. This is a verdict that belongs to Britain’s dark past. A judgment given by judges who were never appointed or authorized by the Scottish people to hear their case and determine their future.

A referendum is a fundamental human right. Human rights are above the law and not subject to it. A judge who rules otherwise, is not only a privileged-unelected-ignorant-lickspittle but is in fact committing a crime against humanity.

Britain's Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has never been elected by the people to lead the country, so in any case, Democracy in Britain is fake.

The British Parliament also approved last week the dictatorial law that criminalizes everyone who participates in a NON violent protest. By doing so, Britain has officially become a dictatorship.

The Scots do not need anyone's approval to have a referendum. Every person on earth has the right of to ask the opinions of the others. The opinion of the UK Supreme Court judges in this matter is not only irrelevant, but lacks any legal, moral and constitutional validity.

As the ruling is violating the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this verdict is void.

So, for the Scottish people, I would recommend treating every leader who does not challenge this illegal verdict by taking it to the European Court of Human Rights, or to the International Court of Human Rights at the Hague, as a traitor.

And the UK Supreme Court clowns presiding on the bench, may remove their funny and archaic wigs, their colonialism and nepotism mindset to the rubbish dump of history, where they belong.
