JvD man charged with unlawful possession of a controlled drug

Police on December 7, 2022, have arrested and charged Reginald Graham, 39 of Little Harbour, Jost Van Dyke with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug.

Graham has since been granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at Magistrate’s Court on February 2, 2022.

Indecent assault

On 28-11-2022 at 21:34hrs, Police arrested and charged Frank Joseph of Lower Estate with Indecent Assault.

Wonding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm

On 25-11-2022 at 15:40hrs, Police arrested and charged M’Sheara Pierre, 28, of The Valley, Virgin Gorda with Wounding with Intent to Cause Grievous Bodily Harm.

Death by dangerous driving

On 25-11/2022 at 12:26hrs, Police arrested and charged Alixson Auguiste of Duffs Bottom with Death by Dangerous Driving. He was granted bail in the sum of $25,000 to appear at Magistrate’s Court on 23-02-2023.

Manslaughter

On 04-12/2022 at 16:39hrs, Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old with Manslaughter. He appeared before the Magistrate’s Court and was granted bail in the sum of $70,000 to reappear at Magistrate’s Court at a later date

Unlawful possession of a firearm

On 04-12-2022 at 17:21hrs, Police arrested and charged Janamia Jennings, 22 of Long Trench with Carrying a Firearm without a license and Unlawful Possession of Explosives.

Criminal trespass

On 26-11-2022 at 15:14hrs, Police arrested and charged Akim Stevens, 31 of no fixed place of abode with Criminal Trespass.

Assault occasioning actual bodily harm

1. On 30-11-2022 at 15:33hrs, Police arrested and charged Ornet Mack, 63 of The Valley, Virgin Gorda with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 to appear at Magistrate's Court on 18-01-2023.

2. On 30-11-2022 at 15:33hrs, Police arrested and charged Chroy Baptiste, 37 of The Valley, Virgin Gorda with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at Magistrate's Court on 31-01-2023.

3. On 30-11-2022 at 15:33hrs, Police arrested and charged Roxann Grant, 43 of The Valley, Virgin Gorda with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. She was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 to appear at Magistrate's Court on 31-01-2023.
