Man, 50, Charged For Having Sex With Girl Under 13
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has arrested and charged Delroy Matthias Sr., 50, of Pleasant Valley for Sexual Intercourse with a girl under the age of 13 years.
According to police reports, he was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 with one signed surety.
